"Wild woman hungers for the freedom to explore her world. Her inner world is a dreamscape of vivid colour and sensual wonderment. She craves the smell of the damp, musty rainforest. Her eyes seek diversity and untamed vistas to fill her with inspiration and sooth her spirit.
In this piece I explored the wild woman archetype in us all. We are so disconnected from nature, reducing our time outdoors from 85% to a mere 8% on average since our hunter-gatherer days. Our mind and body heal in nature, and when we spend more time in nature, we develop a reverence for our Great Mother." - Popi Iatrou
