All artwork purchases must be completed securely through the official checkout on popiart.com.

For the protection of both artist and collector:

• We do not accept direct bank transfers unless invoiced through the website.
• We do not conduct sales via third-party payment arrangements.
• We do not accept cryptocurrency, NFT transfers, or blockchain-based payment methods.

Popi Iatrou Fine Art sells physical original artworks and fine art prints only.

Any request to complete a transaction outside of the website platform will be declined.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow up to 3 business days to process your order.

You will receive a confirmation email within 1 business day to let you know your order is being prepared. Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.


IN PERSON PICKUP – Sylvania NSW, Australia

Original artworks may be collected by appointment from Sylvania, NSW.

You will receive an email when your artwork is ready for pickup.


LOCAL DELIVERY (Within 50km of Sydney, Australia)

During checkout, enter your address and select the shipping option.

Local delivery is available within 50km of Sydney, NSW.
If the option does not appear, your address is outside the eligible area.

You will receive real-time tracking information once your artwork is on its way.


DOMESTIC SHIPPING (Australia)

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

All original artworks are professionally packaged with protective materials and rigid reinforcement to ensure safe delivery.

Tracking is provided for all domestic shipments.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping to selected countries. If your country does not appear at checkout, please contact us directly.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Estimated delivery timeframe:
8–20 business days (may vary depending on customs processing and destination).


ORIGINAL ARTWORK – INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING & INSURANCE

All original artworks are:

• Professionally packaged using acid-free materials and rigid backing
• Carefully inspected prior to dispatch
• Shipped via a reputable international courier
Fully insured for their full purchase value during transit

Tracking details will be provided once dispatched.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & IMPORT TAXES

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Popi Iatrou Fine Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs.


REFUNDS, RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Prints & Non-Original Items

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Refunds will be issued minus return shipping costs.


Original Artworks

Due to the unique nature of original artworks:

• Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
• All original artwork sales are final.

However, your purchase is protected in the case of transit damage (see below).


DAMAGE DURING TRANSIT

If your artwork arrives damaged:

  1. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  2. Provide clear photographs of:

    • The outer packaging

    • The inner packaging

    • The damaged area

Once damage is confirmed, we will offer one of the following:

• A full refund for the damaged artwork, or
• A recreated artwork of similar nature (where appropriate and agreed)

All claims are handled with care and fairness.


OWNERSHIP & RESPONSIBILITY

Ownership of the artwork transfers once full payment has been received.

Responsibility for the artwork transfers upon confirmed delivery, except in cases covered by insured transit damage.

All copyright and reproduction rights remain with the artist.

ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 3 days to process your order. Expect an email within 1 day to let you know your order is on the way!


IN PERSON PICKUP - Sylvania NSW, AUSTRALIA
Orders can be picked up daily by appointment. An email will be sent when your order is ready for pickup.

LOCAL DELIVERY

  • During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option.
  • Click the "continue to shipping" button.
  • Local delivery is available for addresses within 50km of Sydney AUSTRALIA.
  • If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with real-time tracking information. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

We offer international shipping to the following countries: (Australia, Austria, Belgium, Canada, Czech Republic, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong SAR China, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Singapore, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, and United States)

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Delivery timelines are estimated at 8 to 20 days for international shipping however expectations can vary greatly depending on the destination.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Popi Iatrou is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at popifineart@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at popifineart@gmail.com

My order has not arrived. What do I do?

Don’t worry, we record and track every parcel we send. If your order has not arrived, please send us an email with your order number, and we will find your package’s whereabouts.

When will I know when my order has been dispatched?

Once you place your order, you will receive an emailing confirming that we have and are working on your order. You will then receive another email when we’ve shipped your order.
